We label all our products with the lab-verified milligrams of CBD to help you meet your own individual dosing needs. The word “dose” is a medical term and if you are using Bhang CBD products medicinally, you should always consult with your medical provider for proper dosing instructions.

Bhang CBD Isolate is derived from American-grown, non-GMO, pesticide free, CO2 extracted hemp oil. It is THC-free. This isolate comes in 99 percent CBD crystalline isolate (ie powder) form, and is such a gorgeous and pure product that it has won Best CBD product in several industry competitions. CBD isolates are by far the most versatile CBD product available because they can be used in many different ways. Sublingual application is probably the most efficient way to get the CBD into your body. You can also add it to a larger base such as coconut or olive oil and cook with it. Even though it is not water soluble, it is oil soluble and tasteless. We have many customers who love to add our CBD isolate to their food and beverages as well.

The best way to store your chocolate is to seal it and place it in a dry location that remains between 60 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Chocolate turns white or develops a filmy layer on it when it gets too hot or too cold (this is called “losing its temper”). It is still okay to eat, and the potency should not be diminished, but its texture will be affected and it will lose its “mouth feel.”

There are three main enemies of chocolate – Heat, Humidity, and Strong Odors. Store your chocolate between 60 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit (about 16- 21 degree Celsius). If you keep the chocolate too cold, as in a refrigerator or freezer, or too hot, as in your pocket or a vehicle, and the chocolate will lose its temper. Tempering is the process from which a chocolatier turns the chocolate from liquid into solid bars. Our chocolatiers are highly trained in tempering chocolate, and we work hard in tempering every batch to assure the best taste possible for the chocolate. In the case of excessive heat, the bar will melt. You can cool the chocolate and make it solid again, but the temper will not be the same. The sad part for the chocolate connoisseur is that both of these also cause the chocolate to come out of temper. This results in a very noticeable change in the texture of the chocolate. It will go from a crisp snap and smooth melting texture to a crumbly or clay-like texture and a less-than-appealing mouth feel or melt. The chocolate itself is fine, but the joy of the chocolate is gone.

One quick solution is to stir the chocolate into a cup of coffee or hot chocolate to make sure the flavor and medicine do not go to waste. The other one is to place the out-of-temper chocolate on the center of your tongue and just let it melt. Don’t chew it or the unappealing texture will become noticeable.

The CBD is generally not affected, but the taste of the chocolate will be. So you can still eat our chocolate but the texture will be affected. Excessive cold temps can cause the chocolate to “bloom”, or have a whitish haze on the surface of the chocolate. Again this does not affect the CBD efficacy, but it affects the taste and flavor. This is why we do not recommend storing chocolate in the refrigerator. Plus, chocolate is very absorbent and it will absorb smells from your refrigerator. If exposed to high humidity or moisture, the moisture could condense and cause a “sugar bloom,” which is when little moisture droplets of sugar rise to the surface. For best results, store your chocolate in a sealed package and in a dry, cool place. And remember to keep Bhang chocolate out of the reach of children and pets.

Bhang cartridges do not have a shelf life. However, CBD, like any naturally occurring phytocannabinoids, can lose potency over time. To ensure the best, longest life of your cartridge, we suggest using it immediately, and when not in use, storing your cartridge in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Caring for your cartridges properly is the best way to ensure you get the most from them. Be careful not to treat the cartridge roughly. Doing things like leaving it at the bottom of your purse or backpack, sitting on it, or dropping it can all increase the chances of it cracking and, therefore, of it leaking. High heat (like a hot car) or dramatic pressure changes (like during airplane travel) can also cause leaks. The best storage spot for any Bhang product is a cool, dry, dark place, like a cupboard.

Our CBD oil is 100% pure. That means the oil is thick! (This also means the oil has no additives – yay!) For the best hit, you’ll want to make sure the oil is warm – above room temperature is a good rule of thumb – because warmer oil flows better.

There are several reasons a cartridge may seem likes it’s not working. Here are some

troubleshooting tips:

Warm your vape oil. Bhang CBD oil is 100% hemp oil so the oil is thick! To get it to flow downward toward the heating coils in the cartridge, you may need to warm it for a minute or two before using. Just hold it tightly in your hand until it reaches room temperature or very quickly blow warm air from a blow dryer onto the cartridge. (You can also pre-heat the oil with our Push- Button Vape Pens via the pre-heat setting.)

Make sure there is ample airflow. Check the air-intake holes on the cartridge. There are four pinhead sized air holes near where your cartridge screws onto your battery. They allow air into your cartridge to create that big puff of vape. Make sure the holes are free and/or that you aren’t covering the air holes with your fingers!

Use Bhang chargers. We’ve designed our cartridges and batteries to work together. We know our Bhang batteries will deliver enough power to the cartridges for a good hit, but we can’t guarantee a different battery will do the same. So, if you’re trying to use this cartridge with some other battery and it’s not working, the battery might be the problem.

Use a Fully-charged Battery: If you are using a Bhang battery and the cartridge still isn’t working, please make sure your battery is functioning and fully charged. See the answer to the FAQ: “My Bhang battery doesn’t seem to be working” to determine whether the issue is actually your battery and/or its power delivery to the cartridge.

All 510 thread batteries may appear to be compatible but looks can be deceiving.

All vape batteries are not interchangeable. Batteries don’t work for a few reasons.

• The battery is not adequately charged.
• The cartridge and battery are not connected properly.
• The cartridge and battery are not a good “fit”.
• The battery is broken.

Bhang batteries and Bhang cartridges are designed for each other. The threaded fittings, the voltage, the power — all of it has been carefully evaluated to work together and provide the best experience. If you are not using a Bhang cartridge and Bhang battery together, you may be having some issues with the connection between the two pieces or a mis-match in power output and power required. It’s difficult for us to troubleshoot non-Bhang equipment. For best performance, always use the charger that came with your Bhang battery and always use a Bhang battery with a Bhang cartridge.

Here are some things you can do to troubleshoot your Bhang battery issues:

• First of all, check the connection between battery and charger. Unscrew your USB charger from the battery and blow in both ends or use canned air to spray them out. Now, reconnect the pieces, making sure they’re screwed on snugly, but not overtightened.
• Make sure your USB charging port is working and that it is delivering enough power. Bhang batteries require a USB charger that delivers 2.1amps or more. A wall-mounted USB charger should be sufficient.

Important: your computer USB port will not deliver an adequate charge. The light may come on and it may look like it’s charging on your computer port, but it won’t actually be charging.

• Bhang batteries are powerful batteries that we’ve designed to give you a big vape experience and your computer just doesn’t deliver enough power to charge that kind of battery. Once you’ve plugged the battery into the wall-mounted USB port, ensure the light on your battery and the light on your USB charger are both illuminated. The light on your USB charger is red during the charging process, and turns to green when it’s done.
• Once it’s charged, remove the battery AND the USB piece. Don’t leave the USB charger in the wall mount — having it plugged into constant power will wear it out quickly.
• If you’ve done all this and the LED light is not lighting up on your battery, it may be defective. You have two options. First, you can return to the dispensary where you purchased the battery and they should honor our “Love it or Bring it Back” policy. Option two: Send us your complete name, address and phone numbers and we will immediately send you a new one. You can send us that information here.

HERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU CAN DO TO HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE FROM THE START:

• Warm the cartridge in your hand for one to two minutes.
• Always store the cartridge with the mouthpiece pointed up and the threads facing down. This enables the oil to remain in contact with the coils so you don’t get a “dry hit” as your first draw.
• “Prime” the vape pen: Hold down the push button for a couple seconds before you draw. This will pre-heat the oil.

Remember to remove both the battery and the USB charger from the USB wall mount as soon as the light on the USB charger indicates a full charge. Your battery works best when fully charged, but it can be negatively affected if it’s left on the USB charger after it’s fully charged.

Since it’s a lithium battery, you’ll also want to remember to keep it out of intense cold and intense heat, and don’t get it wet! If the outside of the battery gets dirty or sticky, just wipe it with a little swab of alcohol and let the alcohol dry off before you use it.

Also, if you need to dispose of the battery, be a good global citizen and dispose of it properly and safely.
