At Bhang, we stand behind our products 100%. We work hard to ensure that our quality is second to none, and thousands of our customers agree that this difference is something you will experience. We’re so convinced our products will make a difference you can actually feel, that if any product doesn’t meet your expectations, we want you to send it back within the first 30 days of delivery and we will happily give you the opportunity to exchange for another product or receive a full refund.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product shipment. We’ll email you a label to print out, place on your package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and an auto email will notify you of that transaction.

If you purchased our product through a Bhang distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange. 

Shipping and Returns

Please allow (2) two business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped with tracking via USPS Standard or Expedited service in the U.S. Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads, weekends, and holidays.

Here at Bhang, we make awesome products and we know it. But, if you happen to disagree, we have a no-hassle return policy to take back your purchase.  We give you (30) thirty days from your date of purchase to return your items. Unfortunately, if (30) thirty days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you via email that a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within (30) thirty days.

If you do not see your refund hit your account right away, don’t panic. Prior to contacting us we ask that you:

  • Double check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact bank or your credit card company as it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account.
